ORDER CANCELLATION
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been fully processed or dispatched.
To change your details or to cancel an order completely please contact us within 24 hours of the initial order. This can be done from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm by email at: info@mcveighmedia.com
Please be ready to quote your order number from the confirmation email. If an order cannot be cancelled you can return the order once it has been delivered.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Before returning your item please get in touch within 7 days beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your returned item(s).
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and the customer is responsible for all postage costs returned under our Returns Procedure. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit.
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
